Are you an experienced hotel or hospitality professional?
We are inviting experienced hospitality professionals to participate in an in-person research study exploring guest service quality and customer experience in the hospitality industry. Your professional knowledge and experience will contribute to research aimed at understanding and improving service quality in hotels.
Who can participate?
• Current or former hotel and hospitality professionals
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry
• Experience in Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Guest Relations, Reservations, Sales & Marketing, Operations, or Hotel Management
What does participation involve?
• A one-time, in-person survey session
• Approximately 20–30 minutes
• Questions about your professional experiences and perspectives on guest service quality and hospitality practices
• No confidential company or guest information will be requested
Confidentiality
Participation is entirely voluntary. All responses will be kept confidential and used solely for research purposes. Findings will be reported only in aggregate, and no individual participant or organization will be identified.
