Key Responsibilities:
Assist with production and machine operations.
Load, unload, and organize raw materials and finished products.
Support packing, labeling, and stacking of finished goods.
Maintain factory cleanliness and housekeeping.
Assist with warehouse and material handling activities.
Follow company safety procedures and PPE requirements.
Perform other general factory duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Factory/manufacturing experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Physically fit for manual work.
Willing to work overtime and shifts when required.
Able to work effectively as part of a team.
Positive attitude, punctual, reliable, and hardworking.
High school education is preferred.
No technical qualification required; training will be provided.
