The ideal candidate should be able to read technical drawings, prepare materials, operate TIG welding equipment safely, and produce high-quality welds that meet industry standards. Responsibilities include inspecting finished work, maintaining welding equipment, and following all safety procedures.
Candidates should have strong attention to detail, good problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Relevant certifications and previous TIG welding experience are preferred.
