Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
3–8 years of experience in fabrication, manufacturing, or EPC projects.
Experience in structural steel, piping fabrication, pressure vessels, or skid fabrication is preferred.

Job Description
✔️Plan, organize, and monitor daily fabrication activities to meet production schedules.
✔️Review fabrication drawings, P&IDs, isometric drawings, GA drawings, and technical specifications before production.
✔️Ensure fabrication is performed according to approved drawings, procedures, and applicable codes and standards.
✔️Coordinate with engineering, planning, QA/QC, procurement, and project teams to resolve technical and production issues.
✔️Optimize manpower, equipment, and material utilization to maximize productivity.
✔️Monitor welding, fit-up, cutting, assembly, and installation activities.
✔️Identify production bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
✔️Ensure materials are correctly identified, traceable, and available before fabrication.
✔️Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production progress reports.
✔️Maintain compliance with quality requirements and assist during inspections.
✔️Ensure adherence to HSE policies and promote a safe working environment.
✔️Support NCR corrective actions and implement preventive measures.
✔️Participate in production planning meetings and coordinate resource allocation.
✔️Supervise foremen, supervisors, and fabrication personnel to achieve production objectives.
