Power Finance Corporation has issued a GeM tender to appoint lender's legal counsel for an approximately Rs 254 crore solar-plus-BESS financing in Rajasthan. The assignment includes legal due diligence, financing documentation, security creation, statutory registrations and closing opinions for both a new solar-plus-storage project and modifications to an existing solar financing.
The procurement is restricted to empanelled law firms and follows a milestone-based payment structure linked to documentation and security perfection.
