Position Overview:
SAS Al Balad is seeking a skilled, motivated, and dedicated Saudi National to join our maintenance and operations team as an HVAC Technician. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for commercial and residential facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on various HVAC systems, including split units, package units, and central cooling systems.
Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and execute prompt, high-quality repairs.
Clean, adjust, and repair systems while ensuring optimal operational efficiency.
Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety standards and operational protocols.
Maintain accurate technical logs and maintenance reports.
Candidate Requirements:
Nationality: Saudi National (توطين).
Education: Diploma or technical certification in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
Experience: 1 to 3+ years of practical experience as an HVAC Technician.
Skills: Strong understanding of reading electrical schematics and blueprints, coupled with good problem-solving and communication skills.
Language: Fluent in Arabic; basic English is an advantage.
