Steel Fabricator Cum Foreman

We are seeking an experienced steel fabricator cum foreman for our factory to fabricate, supervise and coordinate works. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing fabrication teams, ensuring production targets are achieved, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate steel and other metal parts according to blueprints
• Maintain tools and equipment
• Good knowledge& Experience in steel structural work
• Supervise and manage daily fabrication activities in the workshop.
• Allocate manpower, equipment, and resources efficiently to meet production schedules.
• Interpret fabrication drawings, shop drawings, and project specifications.
• Monitor fabrication, fit-up, assembly, cutting, drilling, and welding operations.
• Ensure all fabrication works comply with approved drawings and quality standards.


Salary Package:

• Basic- 200/-bd+ OT

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the same field.

Preference:

• Indians Only
• Valid driver's license
