Key Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (SCE registration preferred).
Experience: Minimum 8+ years of project planning and scheduling experience in industrial projects/shutdowns.
Client Exposure:
a. Proven track record working directly with Ma'aden or SABIC facilities/standards.
b. Mastery in Primavera P6 with demonstrated capability in developing detailed Level-3 or Level-4 baseline schedules.
c. Hands-on experience developing and managing the Progress Measurement System (PMS) and maintaining supporting data for monthly billing/invoicing.
d. Ability to generate daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports (S-Curves, look-aheads, delay analysis) for internal stakeholders and client management.
Mandatory: Iqama validity must be at least 6 months. Ajeer is required for immediate ID processing.
