Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and innovate bakery recipes.
- Standardize recipes and production procedures.
- Lead Research & Development (R&D) projects.
- Train and mentor the kitchen team on new products and production techniques.
- Ensure consistency, quality, and operational excellence.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in bakery production and product development.
- Strong background in R&D and recipe innovation.
- Previous experience in training kitchen teams.
- Creative mindset with passion for developing new concepts.
- Based in Riyadh or willing to work on-site as required.
Work Arrangement:
- Freelance / Project-based.
