Distinguished Medical World (DMW) is seeking a motivated Medical Sales Representative to join our team in the Eastern Province (المنطقة الشرقية), Saudi Arabia.
Product Portfolio:
* PCI and interventional cardiology products, including stents, balloons, catheters, guidewires, and related accessories
* Biopsy products
* ICU equipment, including ventilators and patient monitors
Key Responsibilities:
* Promote and sell the company’s medical devices to hospitals and healthcare institutions
* Build strong relationships with physicians, cath-lab and ICU teams, biomedical engineers, procurement departments, and key decision-makers
* Conduct regular hospital visits, product presentations, and demonstrations
* Identify new business opportunities and potential customers
* Prepare quotations and follow up on orders, tenders, deliveries, and collections
* Monitor market developments and competitor activities
* Submit accurate and timely sales reports
* Achieve assigned sales targets
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
* Achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
* Number of customer and hospital visits
* New accounts opened and activated
* Product presentations and demonstrations conducted
* Conversion of leads and quotations into confirmed orders
* Customer retention and repeat-order rate
* Tender and quotation success rate
* Timely collection of outstanding payments
* Growth of the assigned territory and product portfolio
* Accuracy and punctuality of sales reports
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in a medical, healthcare, biomedical, pharmaceutical, or related field
* Minimum one year of medical sales experience
* Experience in cardiology, cath-lab, ICU, biopsy, or medical-device sales is an advantage
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Good command of Arabic and English
* Preferably owns a car and holds a valid driving licence
* Based in, or willing to work throughout, the Eastern Province
* Willing to make occasional short business trips to Riyadh and Jeddah for a few days when required
Compensation:
* Basic salary: SAR 3,000 per month
* Sales commission and performance-based incentives
