Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable AC Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair air conditioning and refrigeration systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with residential, commercial, and industrial HVAC systems and be committed to delivering high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities
Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
Diagnose faults and troubleshoot HVAC equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance on AC units and ventilation systems.
Repair or replace defective components, compressors, motors, thermostats, and electrical controls.
Check refrigerant levels, detect leaks, and recharge systems when required.
Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and service manuals.
Ensure all work complies with safety standards and local regulations.
Maintain accurate service reports and maintenance records.
Respond to emergency breakdowns and service calls.
Keep tools and work areas clean and organized.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as an AC Technician.
Diploma or Technical Certificate in HVAC, Refrigeration, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of split AC, package units, VRF/VRV systems, central air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.
Ability to diagnose electrical and mechanical faults.
Good understanding of HVAC safety procedures.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions.
Valid driving license is an advantage.
Preferred Skills
Experience with commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
Knowledge of refrigerant handling and recovery procedures.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
