We Are Hiring - Sales Specialist - Jubail, Saudi Arabia
Looking for Sales Specialist with experience in industrial trading and project procurement.
Requirements:
• Min 3 year's experience in material procurement or sourcing
• Experience handling RFQs and supplier quotations
• Experience with SAP Ariba and Oracle Vendor Registration.
• Knowledge of industrial products such as valves, pumps, instrumentation, electrical and mechanical materials
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical or Industrial sectors is preferred
• English communication.
Responsibilities:
•Communicated with major industrial clients including Aramco, SABIC, SATORP, SASREF, YASREF, SIPCHEM, Sadara, Petro Rabigh, Farabi, Natpet, and Marafiq, Neom, King Salman Airport, Qatar Energy, Bapco Bahrain , Hallibaurtion
• Source for materials based on customer requirements
• Managed SAP Ariba portals and Oracle ERP systems for customer and sales coordination.
• Obtain and compare supplier quotations
• Managed invoice submission and customer payment follow-up activities.
• Supported relationship building with clients, suppliers, and industrial stakeholders.
• Negotiate prices and delivery terms
• Coordinate with suppliers and sales team
• Follow up purchase orders until delivery
