Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience specializing in authentic Hyderabad Dum Biryani.
- Strong expertise in traditional recipes, spice blending, marination, and high-volume kitchen operations.
- Ability to maintain excellent food quality, consistency, and kitchen hygiene.
- Transferable Iqama is mandatory.
- Immediate joining is preferred.
