RESPONSIBILITIES :-
ï‚· Review and Approval of Project specifications,
ï‚· Procedures, Method statements, ITP (Inspection and Test Plan).
ï‚· To implement QA/QC procedures and test inspection plan for the project. And ensure that the work is
done as per approved drawings.

representatives It is the prime duty to hold any activities not complying with the approved standards and
specification.
ï‚· Inspection of excavation, compaction, and Field Density Test (FDT) prior to lean concrete work.
ï‚· Inspection of Form and Reinforcement work for footings and foundation prior to concrete and giving
ï‚· clearance for concrete work.
ï‚· Raising RFI, Attending weekly and monthly quality meetings with client.
ï‚· Monitoring the concrete pouring work including air content test, slump test and temperature of

ï‚· Monitoring and inspection of honey comb rectification on concreted area prior to surface preparation
ï‚· Reporting any kind of non-conformities (NCR) to the Quality Control Supervisor.
