Are you a results-driven sales professional with experience in technical product sales? We are looking for an ambitious Area Sales Manager to drive business growth, strengthen customer relationships, and expand market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive top-line sales growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
• Develop, manage, and close sales pipeline opportunities.
• Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare timely reports and forecasts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution.
• Represent the organization at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
• Proven track record in selling technical or industrial products.
• Strong knowledge of B2B sales and marketing practices.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to generate leads, build long-term customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong business development mindset.
• Experience in managing and motivating sales teams is preferred.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
