Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate international and local shipments with freight forwarders.
* Manage import and export documentation.
* Handle SABER registration and compliance requirements.
* Coordinate with customs brokers to ensure timely customs clearance.
* Follow up on shipments, delivery schedules, and clearance status.
* Liaise with suppliers, transport companies, and internal departments.
* Ensure compliance with Saudi customs regulations and import procedures.
* Resolve shipping, documentation, and clearance issues efficiently.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in logistics, import/export, and supply chain operations.
* Strong knowledge of international freight forwarding (air, sea, and land).
* Hands-on experience with SABER, Saudi customs procedures, and customs clearance.
* Experience coordinating with customs brokers and freight forwarders.
* Good communication and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple shipments simultaneously
