The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced **Business Development Manager** to lead PRAID AI's commercial expansion in the Kingdom. This is a high-impact role for someone with a strong network in the Saudi healthcare sector, particularly within medical imaging, AI healthcare solutions, PACS/RIS, or Software as a Medical Device (SaMD).
Key Responsibilities
✔ Build and grow relationships with major hospital groups, health clusters, and government healthcare institutions across Saudi Arabia.
✔ Lead the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and presentations to negotiations and closing.
✔ Develop strategic partnerships with imaging OEMs, PACS/RIS vendors, and healthcare technology partners.
✔ Represent PRAID AI at healthcare conferences, industry events, and stakeholder meetings.
✔ Manage pilots (POCs) and convert them into long-term commercial deployments.
✔ Provide market intelligence and support go-to-market strategy for the Saudi healthcare market.
We're Looking For
* 🇸🇦 Saudi National
* Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medicine, Healthcare, or a related field.
* 4–5+ years of experience in Healthcare Business Development, Sales, or Key Account Management.
* Proven experience selling Medical Imaging Solutions, PACS/RIS, AI Healthcare, or SaMD solutions.
* Strong existing relationships with hospitals, MOH, health clusters, radiology departments, or healthcare institutions in Saudi Arabia.
* Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
* Fluent in both **Arabic and English**.
