# What You'll Do
As an AI Engineer, you will:
* Design and develop end-to-end RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems.
* Build intelligent AI agents capable of using APIs, databases, external tools, and business applications.
* Create data ingestion pipelines for PDFs, DOCX, Excel files, emails, cloud storage, APIs, and enterprise systems.
* Implement document parsing, chunking strategies, embedding generation, vector search, reranking, and retrieval optimization.
* Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into production-grade applications.
* Develop secure AI workflows with access control, PII protection, audit logging, and human approval mechanisms.
* Build scalable backend services using Python and FastAPI.
* Optimize AI pipelines for performance, accuracy, and cost efficiency.
* Debug production issues and continuously improve deployed AI systems.
* Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver high-impact AI solutions.
