The Sales Performance Manager is responsible for leading and managing the complete sales and operational cycle for the assigned business unit. The role includes developing new business opportunities, managing a dedicated sales team, overseeing operational execution, ensuring timely invoicing and collections, and maintaining long-term client relationships. The Sales Performance Manager is accountable for achieving revenue targets while ensuring smooth service delivery from lead generation through project completion.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage the Sales & Operations team to achieve departmental objectives.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads for Facility Management, Manpower Supply, MEP, Transportation, and other company services.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new contracts.
Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to contract closure.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure successful mobilization and execution of awarded projects.
Monitor project progress and ensure client satisfaction throughout the contract period.
Oversee invoicing, payment follow-ups, and collections to ensure healthy cash flow.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while identifying opportunities for contract renewals and additional services.
Review team performance through KPIs and implement improvement plans where required.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and management reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and customer requirements.
Resolve client concerns and operational issues in coordination with internal departments.
Drive continuous improvement in sales processes and operational efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Operations Management, preferably within the Facility Management, Manpower Supply, Construction, or Industrial Services sector.
Proven experience in leading and managing a sales team.
Strong knowledge of the complete sales cycle, project coordination, invoicing, and collections.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong commercial awareness and client relationship management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and consistently achieve sales and operational targets.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems.
Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
