I am currently working as an HSE Officer with GEnviro at the Qiddiya project, where I oversee daily safety operations, conduct site inspections, perform risk assessments, deliver toolbox talks, investigate incidents, and ensure compliance with Saudi labor regulations and client HSE requirements. Previously, I worked with the China Harbour–El Seif Joint Venture on the NEOM Oxagon Terminal 1 project and with Al Rashid Contracting in Riyadh, gaining valuable experience on large-scale road, bridge, and infrastructure developments.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Hazara University, Pakistan, and have strengthened my professional expertise through internationally recognized safety certifications, including the NEBOSH International Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety. I have also completed specialized training in Risk Assessment, Firefighting, Work Permit Receiver (WPR), Safe Tower Climbing, Electrical Safety, and First Aid & CPR.
Throughout my career, I have developed strong skills in hazard identification, HSE audits, compliance monitoring, incident investigation, root cause analysis, KPI reporting, and safety training. I am committed to fostering a proactive safety culture that minimizes workplace incidents while supporting operational efficiency and project success.
In addition to my technical knowledge, I possess excellent documentation, communication, and team management skills. I am proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced in maintaining HSE documentation and safety databases.
