LDPE in Ahmedabad remained unchanged at Rs 160.00/kg this week, establishing a stable short-term benchmark after recent declines. Indian LDPE prices have fallen by Rs 4.00/kg over the fortnight and by Rs 6.00/kg from the one-month level of Rs 166.00/kg. The three-month movement is more pronounced. LDPE is Rs 18.00/kg below the earlier level of Rs 178.00/kg. Over six months, the product has declined by Rs 38.00/kg from Rs 198.00/kg. These figures show that the current Ahmedabad assessment is materially below both recent multi-month baselines.
The annual comparison moves in the opposite direction. Indian LDPE prices remain Rs 38.00/kg higher than the Rs 122.00/kg level recorded during the corresponding period last year. Support is observed at Rs 160.00/kg, while resistance is identified around Rs 164.00/kg.
