Role as a “QUANTITY SURVEYOR†Take-off & Break-Down
Architectural, Civil, Structural & MEP Projects:
Calculate the Quantities (BOQs & BOMs) measurements, cost estimation, Steel Calculation/Bar
Bending Schedules. Measure completed works and verify quantities.
Prepare cost reports and commercial updates.
Fields work for:
Buildings from Foundations up to the finishing works included Excavations, Backfilling, Concrete,
Steel, Flooring/Tiling, Masonry/ Wall Finishes, Plaster/Paint, Ceiling, Interior/Exterior finishes, MEP
Items.
Roads / Infrastructures & Utilities, Bridges, Tunnels, Cause ways, Culverts. Excavation, Cutting,
