**Job Description**
The selected candidates will be responsible for:
* Replacing defective bearings
* Replacing mechanical seals
* Replacing and adjusting packing glands
* Pump shaft alignment and coupling alignment
* Diagnosing pump motor winding faults
* Dismantling, repairing, and reassembling water pumps
* Installation and commissioning of different types of water pumps
* Preventive and corrective maintenance of pumping systems
* Ensuring safe work practices and maintaining quality standards

**Candidate Requirements**
* Proven experience as a Mechanical Pump Technician
* Hands-on experience with centrifugal, booster, multistage, submersible, and other water pumps
* Knowledge of pump maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair
* Ability to diagnose mechanical and basic electrical faults
* Physically fit and capable of working independently or as part of a maintenance team
