Responsibilities
CNC Lathe
* Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and control system faults.
* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
* Align and calibrate machine axes.
* Repair spindle, turret, chuck, lubrication, hydraulic, and coolant systems.
* Replace and adjust ball screws, bearings, and linear guideways.
* Test machine accuracy after repairs.
CNC Milling Machine
* Troubleshoot servo, spindle, and axis problems.
* Repair ATC (Automatic Tool Changer) systems.
* Perform machine geometry checks and alignments.
* Maintain lubrication, pneumatic, and coolant systems.
* Restore machine accuracy according to manufacturer specifications.
CNC Horizontal Boring Machine (HBM)
* Diagnose axis positioning and spindle issues.
* Repair facing head, spindle, gearbox, and rotary table systems.
* Maintain hydraulic and lubrication systems.
* Perform precision alignment and machine calibration.
* Conduct preventive maintenance and machine inspections.
Horizontal Machining Center (HMC)
* Maintain pallet changer and ATC systems.
* Troubleshoot servo drives, spindle motors, and CNC controls.
* Repair pneumatic and hydraulic circuits.
* Verify machine accuracy using precision measuring equipment.
* Optimize machine performance and reliability.
Automation & Electrical Systems
* Troubleshoot PLC-controlled machines.
* Diagnose sensors, encoders, limit switches, relays, and safety circuits.
* Repair electrical control panels.
* Configure and troubleshoot servo drives and inverters.
* Read electrical drawings and machine schematics.
* Support machine commissioning after repairs.
General Responsibilities
* Perform preventive maintenance according to schedule.
* Maintain maintenance records and reports.
* Minimize machine downtime.
* Ensure compliance with safety procedures and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
* Recommend improvements to increase machine reliability.
* Support production during machine breakdowns.

Skills & Requirements
Education
* Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, Industrial Electronics, or related field.
Experience
* Minimum 3–5 years of CNC machine maintenance experience.
* Experience with CNC Lathes, CNC Milling, HBM, and HMC machines.
* Experience in industrial manufacturing environments.
Technical Skills
* Strong knowledge of CNC machine mechanics.
* PLC troubleshooting (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron, or Allen-Bradley).
* Fanuc CNC control systems (required).
* Experience with Mitsubishi, Siemens, or Heidenhain controls is an advantage.
* Servo motors and servo drives.
* VFDs/Inverters.
* Hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
* Electrical wiring and panel troubleshooting.
* Machine alignment and calibration.
* Preventive and predictive maintenance.
* Ability to read electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical drawings.
Preferred Skills
* CNC parameter backup and restoration.
* CNC software installation and machine commissioning.
* Laser alignment and machine geometry verification.
* Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
* TPM and Lean Manufacturing knowledge.
