Currently serving as a Telecommunication Engineer with 3D International Technical Services Co. since August 2016, I have worked on landmark Saudi Aramco, Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, and KAUST projects, including fiber optic backbone connectivity, pipeline leak detection and correction monitoring systems, security facility upgrades, and industrial development works. My scope of responsibility has consistently spanned the full project lifecycle - from reviewing IFC drawings and technical submittals, through site supervision of trenching, duct bank installation, and fiber/copper cable pulling, to final testing, commissioning, and As-Built documentation.
Key strengths I would bring to this role include:
● Proven track record supervising OSP/ISP works including CCTV, Access Control, PAGA, CATV, Digital Signage, Biometric, and Master Clock systems for Saudi Aramco and Royal Commission clients
● Strong command of fiber optic and copper cable testing using OTDR, Optical Power Meter, CD/PMD Analyzer, and Fluke cable testing equipment
● Solid experience with redline drawings, material submittals, method statements, and SAPMT/Aramco IT approval processes
● Effective team leadership, manpower planning, and cross-discipline coordination on multi-million-riyal pipeline and industrial projects
● Certified Engineering Technologist (Saudi Council of Engineers) with a Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering
