Operations Coordinator – Logistics & Transportation

We are a growing transportation and logistics company operating a fleet of curtain-side and box trucks across Saudi Arabia. We are looking for a proactive Operations Coordinator to manage daily fleet operations and ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan and dispatch daily truck trips.
* Coordinate with drivers and customers.
* Track truck locations and delivery status.
* Ensure on-time loading and unloading.
* Prepare daily operations reports.
* Coordinate with the maintenance team for vehicle availability.
* Resolve operational issues quickly.
* Follow up on Proof of Delivery (PODs).
* Support invoicing by maintaining accurate trip records.

Requirements

* 3–5 years of Saudi logistics or transport experience.
* Experience managing 5–20 trucks.
* Strong communication skills.
* Good knowledge of Saudi routes and transport operations.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
* Arabic and English required (Urdu/Hindi is an advantage).
* Valid transferable Iqama preferred.
