Prepare wooden surfaces (sanding, filling gaps, and applying primer/putty) to ensure smooth application.
Apply various types of paints, varnishes, lacquers, and stains (DUCO, Polyurethane, wood stains, etc.) using spray guns and hand tools.
Mix, match, and test colors to meet exact design specifications and project samples.
Inspect finished surfaces to ensure high-quality, flawless craftsmanship.
Clean and maintain spraying equipment, tools, and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Wood Painter / Finisher in furniture, cabinetry, or interior decor.
Strong knowledge of paint mixing, chemical ratios, and surface preparation techniques.
High attention to detail and a strong eye for quality finishing.
Ability to work efficiently to meet project deadlines.
Currently residing in Bahrain with a transferable visa is preferred.
