• Civil construction supervision for telecom tower sites
• Supervision of tower foundations, excavation, rebar, formwork, and concrete works
• Installation and construction of equipment foundations and concrete pads
• Site inspection and monitoring of civil works as per approved drawings and specifications
• Coordination with subcontractors, technicians, and site teams
• Monitoring manpower, materials, tools, and daily site activities
• Quality control and safety compliance at site
• Preparation of daily progress reports and coordination with project management
• Experience in telecom tower civil works, site development, and related infrastructure
