Often marginalized due to societal stigma, limited healthcare access, and lack of inclusive infrastructure, these vulnerable young people are left without adequate shelter, medical care, or access to basic education.Our mission is to dismantle these barriers by providing comprehensive, community-based support. Through holistic care—including secure housing, specialized rehabilitation, nutritional support, and inclusive learning opportunities—we empower homeless and disabled children in Uganda to rebuild their lives and realize their full potential.## Global Convening & Appeal for Donations
