We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to join our company.
Salary Package: SAR 5,000 per month
Benefits: No food allowance or accommodation provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Prepare and file VAT returns and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Process payroll and maintain employee payroll records.
Monitor budgets and control company expenses.
Coordinate with auditors and assist during financial audits.
Maintain proper documentation of invoices, receipts, and financial transactions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Accounts Manager or in a similar accounting role.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of VAT and financial reporting.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
