· Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to design, develop, and implement MEP systems for new and existing buildings.
· Perform technical calculations to determine building loads and equipment capacities for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
· Select appropriate MEP equipment and materials based on project requirements, building codes, and energy efficiency standards.
· Create detailed MEP system drawings and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software (e.g., Revit).
· Coordinate MEP system installations with other building systems to ensure functionality and avoid conflicts.
· Review and approve subcontractor shop drawings for MEP systems.
· Conduct inspections during construction to ensure MEP systems are installed according to plans and specifications.
· Participate in project commissioning and testing to verify the proper functioning of MEP systems.
· Provide technical support and guidance to construction teams regarding MEP systems.
· Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in MEP technology and sustainable design practices.
· Contribute to the development and implementation of company standards for MEP engineering.
Qualification:
· Mechanical or Electrical University degree in Engineering
· Should have through knowledge of Electrical, Plumbing and Mechanical Works
· 7 to 10 years’ experience required
· Specialized in executing Residential Villas, Commercial and High-rise Buildings
· Should have Driving License
· Strong character and flexible in work
