We are is seeking a qualified Wired Network Presales Engineer to join our team in Dammam.
• Review customer RFQs, technical specifications, drawings, and BOQs.
• Design technically compliant and cost-effective wired network solutions.
• Prepare technical proposals, BOQs, compliance sheets, cost estimates, and product selections.
• Develop network architecture, topology diagrams, equipment schedules, and system descriptions.
• Coordinate with customers, consultants, suppliers, and manufacturers for technical and commercial clarifications.
• Support the sales team during bidding, technical presentations, negotiations, and project handover.
• Ensure proposed solutions comply with customer requirements and applicable Saudi Aramco and industry standards.
Required technical experience:
• LAN/WAN network design, routing, and switching.
• Structured cabling systems, including copper and fiber-optic networks.
• Fiber-optic transmission, DWDM/OTN, IP telephony, cabinets, racks, and related accessories.
• Preparation of material take-offs, BOQs, datasheets, and technical submittals.
• Familiarity with leading networking and telecom manufacturers.
Candidate requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Network, Electronics, or Computer Engineering.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant presales or solution-design experience.
• Strong technical proposal writing and estimation skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and network-design tools.
• Experience with Saudi Aramco, industrial, oil and gas, or EPC projects is an advantage.
• Relevant professional certifications are preferred.
• Must be available to work in Dammam/Eastern Province.
