We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our growing Fit-Out & Construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing reports, monitoring project costs, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
Prepare and maintain financial statements, journal entries, and general ledger records.
Monitor project-wise costs, budgets, and profitability for Fit-Out projects.
Process supplier invoices, subcontractor payments, and employee reimbursements.
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Ensure compliance with VAT regulations and Saudi financial requirements.
Coordinate with Procurement, HR, and Project teams for financial documentation.
Assist with payroll processing and End of Service Benefit calculations.
Support internal and external audits by maintaining accurate financial records.
Maintain fixed asset registers and inventory-related financial records.
Prepare cost analysis reports for ongoing projects and management review.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the Fit-Out or Construction industry.
Strong knowledge of project accounting and cost control.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.
Knowledge of VAT regulations and financial compliance requirements in Saudi Arabia.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Transferable Iqama preferred.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Construction or Interior Fit-Out projects.
Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Odoo, Oracle, or similar platforms.
Knowledge of subcontractor billing and project cost allocation.
Professional certifications such as SOCPA, CMA, ACCA, or CPA will be an advantage.
