I am writing to express my interest in any suitable position within your organization related to Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Inventory Management, Import & Export, or IT Support. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and have over 7 years of professional experience in logistics operations, warehouse management, inventory control, import and export documentation, ERP systems, IT support, and network administration.
Currently, I am working as a Logistics and Warehouse Officer at Feridun Ulgen Company in Saudi Arabia, where I manage warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, shipments, supplier coordination, and ERP-based inventory processes.
I have practical experience using SAP/ERP systems for logistics and procurement-related processes, including reviewing and processing Purchase Orders (POs), creating shipment notices, coordinating deliveries, uploading delivery notes, following up on goods receipt and delivery acknowledgments, and coordinating with the Accounts and Finance departments for invoice processing and payment procedures.
I also have experience in import and export documentation, including the preparation and coordination of Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Air Waybills (AWB), delivery documents, shipping documents, and other logistics and customs-related paperwork. Furthermore, I have experience coordinating shipment and product compliance requirements through Saudi platforms and procedures, including SABER and FAHAS, ensuring that the required documentation and processes are properly completed for import and export shipments.
In addition, I have strong IT experience in network administration, technical support, system troubleshooting, hardware and software support, and infrastructure management. My Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science further strengthens my ability to understand and manage technology-driven business and ERP systems.
Previously, I worked with Interloop Limited and Universal Bearing (SKF, NTN), gaining valuable experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, logistics coordination, import/export documentation, ERP systems, IT support, and process improvement.
I am a registered member of the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) and bring strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to operational excellence. My combined experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Import & Export, Warehouse Operations, SAP/ERP Systems, and IT enables me to contribute effectively to different business operations and support organizational goals.
