General building repairs
Furniture maintenance and repair
Car maintenance (basic maintenance and troubleshooting)

Electrical maintenance
Plumbing maintenance
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as needed
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and general maintenance
Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance is an advantage
Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently
