Scaffolding Foreman / Supervisor
The Scaffolding Foreman / Supervisor shall be responsible for planning, supervising, and managing all scaffolding activities at the project site. Duties include coordinating daily scaffold erection, modification, inspection support, and dismantling activities, ensuring all work is carried out safely and in accordance with approved method statements, project specifications, and applicable safety regulations.
The Foreman / Supervisor shall also be responsible for interviewing and assessing scaffolders and other scaffolding personnel to verify their skills, experience, and competency before deployment. They shall allocate manpower, monitor productivity and quality of work, coordinate with the project team, maintain daily progress records, and ensure all scaffolding operations are completed efficiently and within the project schedule. They shall enforce compliance with HSE requirements and immediately address any unsafe conditions or practices on site.
