Job Description:
* Manage purchasing for Chilled, Dairy, and Frozen categories across multiple supermarket branches.
* Source and negotiate with local and international suppliers to achieve the best pricing and quality.
* Analyze sales trends, demand forecasts, and inventory levels to optimize stock availability.
* Plan promotions and seasonal product assortments to drive sales and profitability.
* Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and store operations to ensure timely product delivery.
* Monitor product performance, margins, and category KPIs.
* Ensure compliance with company standards for quality, food safety, and product freshness.
* Build strong supplier relationships and identify new products to meet customer demand.
