Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in wood painting, finishing, and polishing (furniture, doors, and interior woodwork).
Strong proficiency in working with various finishes, including PU (Polyurethane), Sealer, Lacquer, Stain, and Spray Painting.
Expertise in surface preparation (sanding, filling/putty application, and defect correction).
Excellent color-matching skills and attention to detail.
Ability to understand job orders and work efficiently under standard safety guidelines.
