We are seeking a polite, presentable, and educated candidate to handle customer hospitality, store upkeep, and general administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Hospitality & Reception:
Warmly greet visiting clients, management, and guests upon arrival.
Prepare and serve drinks (tea, coffee, juice, water) with high hospitality standards.
Listen attentively to client requests and communicate accurately with office management.
Showcase & Store Upkeep:
Clean, wipe, and polish glass display showcases daily before store opening.
Carefully organize display trays in the showcases under management supervision.
Keep the main showroom, office, and pantry areas clean, presentable, and orderly.
General Back-Office Support:
Assist with internal administrative support, paper filing, and managing pantry supplies.
(Note: This role focuses on store upkeep, reception, and hospitality. It does NOT involve cash handling, counter sales, or price negotiations).
Candidate Requirements
Gender: Female.
Age: 18 – 25 years old.
Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma (Any discipline).
Skills & Attributes:
Excellent communication skills, polite mannerisms, and quick understanding of instructions.
Neat, well-groomed, and professional appearance.
Careful and trustworthy when handling delicate showcase items.
Nationality: Indonesian national (Currently residing in Indonesia).
Passport: Valid passport with at least 18 months validity remaining.
Compensation & Benefits
Basic Salary: RM 1,700 per month
Accommodation: Free Housing / Lodging provided by the employer.
Food: Free Meals provided by the employer.
Work Permit: Fully sponsored Malaysian Calling Visa (VDR) & PLKS Temporary Employment Pass.
Statutory Benefits: Mandatory SOCSO (PERKESO) social security coverage and EPF contributions provided.
