Job Description:
We are hiring TOC (Testing, Operation & Commissioning) and Documentation Engineer with a strong MEP background for a project based in Amaala, KSA. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience compiling project handover documentation, TOC reports, and closeout packages for MEP projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and compile Testing, Operation & Commissioning (TOC) reports for MEP systems
Manage project handover/closeout documentation (As-Built drawings, O&M manuals, warranty certificates, test reports)
Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and consultants to collect and verify documentation
Ensure documentation complies with client/consultant requirements and project specifications
Track document submission status and maintain document control logs
Liaise with QA/QC team for inspection records and test certificates
Support project handover to client/facilities management team
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
5–7 years of experience in MEP projects (construction/contracting industry)
Proven experience in TOC and project handover documentation
Strong knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting)
Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD (basic), and document control software
Good communication and coordination skills
