China Railway 18 Bureau is looking for an experienced Contract Engineer to join our prestigious construction projects. We are seeking highly qualified professionals with extensive experience in high-rise buildings and 4- & 5-star hotel projects.
👌Mandatory Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience as a Contract Engineer.
At least 80% of total professional experience must be in high-rise building projects.
Hands-on experience in 4- & 5-star hotel construction projects is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, contract administration, claims, variations, and dispute resolution.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
⚠️ Important: Candidates without high-rise building and 4- & 5-star hotel experience will NOT be considered. Please do not submit your CV if you do not meet these mandatory requirements.
✔Key Responsibilities
Review, prepare, and administer construction contracts and subcontract agreements.
Ensure compliance with contract terms, project specifications, and company policies.
Manage contractual correspondence with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Evaluate and process variation orders, extension of time (EOT) requests, and contractual claims.
Identify contractual risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
Support project teams by providing contractual guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor contract performance, deliverables, and contractual obligations.
Assist in negotiations and dispute resolution to protect the company's commercial interests.
Maintain accurate contract documentation and records.
Coordinate with commercial, planning, procurement, and project management teams to ensure contractual compliance.
