We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate must be locally available in Bahrain, able to join immediately, and have proven sales experience with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential customers to generate new business.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Present and promote the company's products and services.
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
Follow up on leads and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Must be locally available in Bahrain.
Immediate joiner.
Proven experience in sales (experience in real estate or a related industry is an advantage).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Valid Bahrain driving license is an advantage.
