FRP Laminator / Pipe Fabricator
Water Treatment Plant Operation & Maintenance
FASTEP Arabia is seeking qualified and experienced FRP Laminators / Pipe Fabricators for Water Treatment Plant Operation & Maintenance projects.
Key Responsibilities
Perform repair, fabrication, and lamination of GRP/GRE pipes and tanks for both preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Carry out inspection, repair, and refurbishment of GRP/GRE piping systems and storage tanks to ensure safe and reliable operation.
Report material requirements to the immediate supervisor to support lamination and repair activities.
Ensure all lamination and fabrication work is completed in accordance with approved procedures, quality standards, and project specifications.
Assist the maintenance team with preventive and corrective maintenance activities, including plumbing works, valve replacement, and related mechanical tasks.
Maintain a safe work environment by complying with all Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies and procedures.
Coordinate effectively with team members to ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
Report daily work progress and maintenance activities to the Mechanical Engineer.
Requirements
ITI, Diploma, or equivalent technical qualification in a relevant trade.
Proven experience in GRP/GRE pipe and tank fabrication, repair, and lamination in Water Treatment Plants, Industrial Plants, or similar facilities.
Good knowledge of FRP/GRP/GRE materials, fabrication techniques, and repair procedures.
Ability to interpret drawings and follow technical specifications.
Knowledge of industrial safety practices and HSE requirements.
GCC/Saudi Arabia experience is preferred.
