Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in the contracting sector.
Strong experience in executing and supervising high-quality architectural finishing works.
Ability to read architectural drawings and monitor site execution.
Good knowledge of internal and external finishing works.
Experience in inspecting and handing over works completed by subcontractors.
Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Ability to manage site workers and monitor productivity and work progress.
Strong commitment to site safety and quality requirements.
Experience in luxury or high-end finishing projects is preferred.
