**Position Title:**
Civil Engineer – Interior Fit-Out
**Experience Required:**
Minimum **2 years** of experience in Interior Fit-Out projects.
**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a **Civil Engineer** with hands-on experience in **Interior Fit-Out** projects to supervise and manage civil and architectural finishing works on-site. The successful candidate will ensure that all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, project schedules, and safety regulations.
## **Key Responsibilities:**
* Supervise and manage all interior fit-out works on-site.
* Review shop drawings and technical specifications before execution.
* Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with quality standards.
* Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
* Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
* Ensure project activities are completed according to the approved schedule.
* Coordinate with MEP teams to avoid conflicts during construction.
* Supervise finishing works, including:
* Gypsum partitions and ceilings
* Flooring (Tiles, Porcelain, Marble, Vinyl, Carpet, Epoxy)
* Painting works
* Joinery and woodworks
* Glass partitions
* Final finishing works
* Inspect completed works and resolve snagging items before handover.
* Monitor material delivery and verify compliance with approved specifications.
* Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations.
**Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
* Minimum **2 years** of experience in Interior Fit-Out projects.
* Ability to read and interpret engineering and shop drawings.
* Good knowledge of finishing materials and construction methods.
* Proficiency in **AutoCAD** and **Microsoft Office**.

**Note:** Applicants must have practical experience specifically in **Interior Fit-Out projects**. Experience limited to structural, infrastructure, or general civil construction projects will not be considered equivalent.
