Requirements & Qualifications
Nationality: Filipino.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of direct experience in Interior Fit-Out projects.
(Note: Experience limited to structural, infrastructure, or general civil construction will not be considered).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; strong ability to read and interpret shop drawings and technical specifications.
Core Competencies: Strong site supervision, MEP coordination, time management, problem-solving, and fluent English communication.
Key Responsibilities
Site Supervision: Manage day-to-day interior fit-out operations on-site and ensure strict compliance with approved drawings, HSE standards, and project schedules.
Finishing Works Management: Oversee the installation of gypsum partitions/ceilings, flooring (tiles, marble, vinyl, epoxy, carpet), painting, joinery/woodworks, and glass partitions.
MEP Coordination: Work closely with MEP teams to identify and resolve service clashes prior to execution.
Quality & Handover: Inspect incoming materials against specifications, prepare daily/weekly progress reports, and resolve all snagging items prior to project handover.

Execution of Corporate Offices, Retail Stores, Restaurants & Cafés, Hotels, or Luxury Residential Villas.
