A well-reputed construction company based in Jubail is looking to hire an experienced Saudi National Human Resources Officer to join its team.
Position: Human Resources Officer (Saudi National)
Location: Jubail, Saudi Arabia
Requirements:
Saudi National (Mandatory)
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in Human Resources, preferably in the construction industry.
Excellent command of spoken and written English.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional appearance and personality.
Good knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR procedures.
Experience with government platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, and HRDF is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Immediate availability is an advantage.
