Purchase Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Assistant to join our Retail Team in Bahrain. The selected candidate will assist the procurement department in managing retail purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, maintaining stock records, and ensuring smooth supply chain operations.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of relevant purchasing or procurement experience, specifically in a Retail / Supermarket environment.

Technical Skills: Hands-on experience and proficiency in using ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar retail ERP software).

Skills: Strong inventory coordination, vendor follow-up, and analytical skills.

Languages: Fluency in English and Hindi (written and spoken) is required; Arabic is an added advantage.
