We are looking for an experienced and responsible Project Manager to oversee and manage our ongoing Heavy Equipment Rental Operations and Projects.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, coordinating with clients and project sites, supporting and monitoring the operations team, and ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently and according to company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage all ongoing heavy equipment rental projects and operations.
2.Monitor project progress and ensure timely execution of assigned tasks.
3.Coordinate with clients, site representatives, operators, drivers, and internal teams.
4.Supervise and support the operations team to ensure smooth project activities.
5.Monitor the deployment, availability, utilization, and movement of heavy equipment.
6.Ensure equipment is properly maintained and available for project requirements.
7.Follow up on equipment breakdowns, repairs, maintenance, and replacements.
8.Resolve operational issues and coordinate with relevant departments for quick solutions.
9.Monitor operator and driver performance and ensure compliance with site requirements.
10.Prepare regular project and operational status updates for management.
11.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies.
12.Identify potential operational risks and take appropriate corrective actions.
13.Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
2.8+ years of experience in project management, operations, or heavy equipment rental.
3.Strong knowledge of heavy equipment rental operations and project coordination.
4.Experience managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
5.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
6.Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent operational issues.
7.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
8.Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
9.Transferable Iqama is preferred.
Preferred Experience:
Experience with heavy equipment such as cranes, forklifts, telehandlers, excavators, loaders, boom lifts, manlifts, scissor lifts, and other construction equipment will be an advantage.
