Finance Manager – Saudi Industrial Company

About the Role & Opportunity

We are a Saudi manufacturing company that is currently small in size but has ambitious plans for growth. We are looking for someone who does not simply want to join an already-established Finance Department, but someone who wants the opportunity to help build one from the ground up and grow with the company.

This is a hands-on Finance Manager role, not a data-entry or routine accounting position.

You will work directly with the Managing Director and our existing accountant to establish the entire Finance Department — from the smallest daily process to the highest-level financial function. This includes accounting procedures, AP/AR, cash and banking controls, inventory and manufacturing costing, VAT and compliance, ERP, monthly closing, financial statements, cash-flow management, budgeting, internal controls, management reporting, policies and procedures, and defining how the Finance Department should operate as the company grows.

Since we are still a small company, we need someone who is willing to be hands-on. In the beginning, you may personally work on detailed accounting tasks while simultaneously creating the systems, controls and procedures that will allow those tasks to be properly delegated as the team expands.

What makes this opportunity different is the future. We are looking for someone who wants to stay with us, take ownership of the Finance Department and become part of the company's growth journey. As the company develops and the Finance Department expands, we want the person who helped us build it to develop with it.

We believe strongly in recognizing the people who contribute to building the company. Those who prove their commitment, capability and value as we grow will be recognized and compensated fairly in line with their responsibilities, performance and the company's development.

Therefore, we are not looking for someone who only wants a job with a fixed list of duties. We are looking for someone with the mentality of “I will help build this department and make it mine.”

If this is the type of challenge and long-term opportunity you are looking for, then we would be happy to discuss the position further.

Important:
Please apply only if you meet the minimum qualifications listed below, particularly a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and relevant finance/accounting experience. Applications that do not meet these requirements may not be reviewed.

Finance Manager Build the Future of a Saudi Manufacturing Company
Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
This is not another finance job.
If you're looking for a company where your daily routine is entering vouchers, reconciling bank statements, and waiting for month-end, this position is probably not for you.
We are looking for someone who wants to build.
Someone who wants to improve systems.
Someone who enjoys solving problems.
Someone who wants to become one of the key people responsible for growing a Saudi industrial company.
We are a Saudi manufacturer of welding consumables & steel products. After more than 30 years in business, we are entering an exciting growth phase ( Re structure), expanding our manufacturing capabilities, engineering services, fabrication activities, and industrial solutions.
To support this growth, we are searching for a Finance Manager who will become the financial backbone of the company and a trusted business partner to the Managing Director.
We are a growing company, not yet a corporate giant. That means every person here has the opportunity to make a visible impact. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with us—not just work for us. The people who help us build the future of this company will share in that success.
